Well it has already been a week and a very productive week for me! I finished two quilt tops and I also got to buy a whole bunch of material.
This is what the back is going to look like. Well a part of it. It is actually done but too big for me to take a photo with just me and Trev here. Yup we have out grown our little apartment. But this will also mark the first time that I have ever done something with my backing, making my quilt reversible.

And this is the top done. Now I have to quilt it and I have not decided what kind of quilting I should do. So until then it is going to hang on the back of my chair.

........ended like this. Well I would have to say that I love it! This is a perfect fall lap quilt. Will I ever have to many quilts? Probably not. 
I really like the quilt with the long strips. Is that a lap quilt too?
ReplyDeleteNo it is a large queen size quilt. It is about 95"x89" really big. Do you like it better then the other one i am making you? Or Maybe I should get the top done and then you can decide which one you want.
